Saturday or Sunday Morning C pace ride anyone?

Ok lets do it this way... lets see who's available when and then we'll make plans on where and what to do. One morning i'd like to go out west and the other to the coast....

I'd say go West Saturday morning...I can meet you guys somewhere on the way out so you don't have to come directly to me if you don't want. We can go out, do a good ride in that direction, and buzz back Eastward to get to the Sturbridge area by 12:30-1PM and then you guys can head out and up to rt 2 or the northern area to get home for 1-2PM.

Sunday I'm out all together because I'm looking at houses to give a buddy some advice in the afternoon and we're going to take the bikes if it's nice. I can't ride in the morning and then dissapear all afternoon as well.

Matt, you know the Western roads so you can lead till you have to jet then we can tool around after you duck out.

This is the type of ride for new riders! Some of us aren't new but we try to keep it in control so everyone is comfortable.


Of course on the last ride one person didn't remember that...and...well...he was punished.

Absolutely!! Don't worry about the slowness... I don't have a lot of time in the saddle either which is why this ride is a C rating (meaning within 10mph over the speed limit)

You can probably catch up with someone to ride to the meet point with, Jim we may be able to hit 119 and then loop down back through Amherst, might be about the right timing. The earlier we start the more riding we get in, and Steve and I want to stop somewheres for breakfast early that way we'll be riding well nourished.

RT2 WEST to 495 SOUTH 2 exits to EXIT 27 Bolton to meet me... very easy. about 30 mins or so

Billy, KB1ioq and I are contemplating the Route. It's either going to be to Mt. Wachusett then around there or 119 (which i don't know at all.)

As far as meeting up You just need to hop on 495 north from Ashland to Exit 27 Bolton/Stow.

There is a Country store right off the exit were i am planning on meeting the people from the east.

Your best bet is to meet Steve, I might just ride out and go to Bolton as well and we'll just back track from where I came from but that way I don't have to sit and wait all by myself because Steve got you all lost or his bike wouldn't start again .

Saturday looks like we are going to head to Mt Wachusett, ride the mtn road which I think is free for motorcycles, quick stop at the top for maybe a photo opportunity for the bikes with the nice weather and continue Westward from there. I'm looking on a decent loop to do now. Steve and I will tagteam the lead on this ride, because, well, he's dreamy and we do lots of things together .
