southern maine bike night??

i think it would work out just fine to extend and or just simply have 2! under the picture or your bike in the spot just write york county or cumberland county, and dont be affraid to ask for clues if needed. my buddy aneweira suggested even expanding in to southern new hampshire like the portsmouth area? i think we can make this work!

so me and my buddy anewiera have a connection at a place called teds fried clams in springvale, we are gonna talk to him about having a bike night there, we could meet there and set up some lil games like the slow drag and stuff, just hang and mess around. would people be up for that?

yeah im pretty sure the owner will hook us up as long as we respect his establishment and possibly even eat his food! which is excellent by the way. we shall see what we can do! and keep you all posted, any suggestions on what night of the week?

I would say to not do it Tuesday as that is Lowell Bike Night, and we could draw a crowd from down there. Possibly Wednesday (I am being selfish and not suggesting Thursday as that is kickball night for me)

Hmmmm. I think there is still interest. It's getting warmer, so no reason we can't do something spontaneous when the rain clouds stop rearing their ugly heads.

The question is where can a bunch hooligan sportbike riders go and grab something to eat then hang out in a parking lot for a bit without the owners of the place kicking us out? The majority of people out there don't have a positive opinion of motorcycle riders...I'll will see if I can come up with anything with the limited amount of people I know down here, but it's unlikely.

The few of us will not have problems in the beginning. If the thing grows,
it will adapt.

Valid point. I don't think we'd have more than a 4-5 rider turnout initially. Maybe we could turn it in to something bigger eventually.

Well, what about a bike day?




We did the Sebego loop and out to Poland, down to Biddeford Pool,
to the Wells backwoods, to OOB. Then I had to break off for work and
they kept riding.

hey guys! i havnt bailed on the idea yet! the owner of teds is trying to get a feel for how much space he will need on like a wednesday night he just added a pretty big parking lot around the back of the building that we would be able to use, and if i could tell him for sure some heads would show and spend money there he wold be more likely to allow this to happen, as long as i have everybodys word there would be no screwing around in the lot!
