    Kerry has not shown up for 70% of the votes for which he was responsible to attend over the course of his Senate tenure, so I would say that he does not fight in government. I will give you that he DID serve in a combat situation, but my point was with regard to his many medals in a short period of time. BTW, he got the hell out of Vietnam as quickly as possible with his three questionable Purple Hearts. I could go on and on and on, but as someone has already mentioned, this is a ride thread. Maybe we can debate these issues during a stop on a ride sometime. Sorry for the hijack...

    Hey little red one you had to bring it up.....my sister in law gave me shit yesturday about the boots. The colors ar black/purple/fuscia for your information. Well in my defence the leathers are new, the boots are older, I have not broke down to spend money on new ones and they matched the purple/gray GSXR 1100 I previously owned.

    Guess I will have to replace the helmet and boots now to march the leathers so everyone is happy.
