Interesting, I never heard of "real" charcoal.

And yes, I love my webber, its such a better taste than gas. Its just too bad its such a hassle or i would use it more. It rarely gets used for dinner on a weeknight after work.

I had asked my girlfriend to get some woodchips, I came home to find that she got some that were made from the actual barrells that they age Jack Daniels in!!!!! They were a nice addition, they just happened to be what she grabbed at walmart

Definitely... if you're going to go through the trouble of using a non gas grill... especially for ribs.

Get some real hardwood charcoal
