have teamed up to organize a group of regional viewing parties for this years Red Bull
USGP, to be held on July 23rd.


“New England has many race fans. For those fans that are unable to attend the
Laguna Seca USGP in person, Red Bull and local Ducati dealers wanted host an event
for race fans to gather and enjoy the race,” stated Jason Routhier, Area Sales Manager
for Ducati North America. “We have selected locations that are centrally located with a
relaxed atmosphere and are ideal for race fans.”

Five local New England venues will hold a live broadcast of the USGP and will be open
to all racing fans that are 21 years and older.

In addition to the live race broadcast, viewing parties will include food and drinks,
gaming and displays of Ducati motorcycles, apparel and helmets. Subject to time and
space limitations, select venues will also offer a screening of “The Doctor, The Tornado
& The Kentucky Kid”.

I called them and talked to a girl who didn't really seem to know what she was talking about. She said that they only check ID at tables to buy drinks and at the door after 9PM. Basically, she said as long as I was not trying to buy drinks and got into the place before 9, I could be there and even go down stairs. But who knows...

Just want to say I had a good time. It was great to meet everyone that went there. About 10ish people. I think if I didnt have so many drinks I could remember everyones names. The couple of stand outs are Pete for actually getting this going a bit, Mike well a few reason I remember you pretty good. Great taste in bikes, great taste in drinks, sat next to me during the race so its who I talked to most of the time. Deb was kind of funny. Smallest person there with the biggest voice. Very funny.

Sorry for all whos names I cant remember. I have all the faces down. It was just a bit loud in Game On to hear everyone introduce themselves.

Hopefully soon I get to meet up with everyone again. Maybe on a nice ride next time if work allows.

The most suprising thing to me was that Mike didn't start cracking Yamaha jokes when Rossi's bike started acting up

ya, it was a pretty good time...

Always good to see the crew & have a bite to eat & a few drinks w/ everyone.

GameOn! had free Red Bull, USGP posters, stickers, magazines... good stuff.

Holo-Deck was there w/a pair of X-box 360's, promoting their MotoGP '06 tournament, so that was cool too.



Afterwards James, Mike, Oxx, MP & I went to Jillians & shot a little pool, then Oxx & MP came over to my appt... and, well.... we won't talk about that

Didn't see you guys. Where were you sitting? I don't know a whole lot of faces yet since I'm still new to the board so I wasn't too sure who was who.

I was sitting over on the far side of the bar where they had the Xboxes set up.

I thought I saw ZX-12R (Bill).

you did see bill (zx12r). im not good at names, but i had a good time. i dont think there was any vodka left in boston after amanda left. she puked at the train station and again out the window of her car on the way home

She was feeling pretty good at the time I went home. Even with the amount I had to drink I still couldnt understand her at the end.
