Vanson Leathers open house 9/8 - 9/11

From everything I hear about vanson, it has gone from a great customer oriented company to a 'give us your money and screw' company. I've also heard much of them outsourcing, such as the gloves I bought where the leather that is supposed to protect me literally disolved right out and all the stitching disintegrated. Vanson is off my list for any product or service, ever.

Hey, Nixoid, are they related to an owner or something? How can they avoid getting fired? They seem to treat everyone in the same way and seem to have NO redeeming qualities (besides a decent ass on one that I wouldn't touch with a stolen dick). Hmmm... Bad attitude. Lazy. I have noticed exactally what you are mentioning and now have plenty of supporting proof from your posts. I have printed them and we as a company are going to sit down and correct those issues. I must tell you that most of the employees here are better than excellent when it comes to customer service. It's too bad you guys have had a bad go of it if you need help with something call me directly [508.678.200 x-146 Kevin] and in most cases I will have to pass off your requests and issues to someone else [Just the Art Geek] but I will gladly arrange good service for you.

You can expect to see some changes shortly.

Don't abandon us. I love what I do as do most of the other folks here. We're passionate about riding and motorsports we aren't just trying to get rich. Come see us this weekend Biker Billy is cookin up some firey Burritos and the Stunt shows will be good as always.

Thanks for listening to this constructively and offering your assistance in getting things right. As I said I do love my Vanson jacket but if I'm gonna spend that kind of money I better get at least the bare minimum of customer service out of it. Thanks again and maybe I will stop by this weekend for the open house.
