Dopplar looks clear other than some low lying clouds here it looks to be clearning , I am leaving shortly and taking the long way down .
I'll just turn the vest up a notch if I get chilly

Put your Ice mitts on the wr and your hands won;t get as cold , I know they aren't pretty but poser points don;t count this time of year .

Good to see you today Sean. Felt great to get out for a ride and it wasn't as cold as I thought it would be. Figures, as soon as I got home, the sun came out and it warmed up quick.
Had to wash the bike, leather, helmet and boots when i got home! The roadspray kinda sucked.

Don't know who the rider/bike is next to mine

Nice to get out on the street , looks like mark and I were the only ones stewpid enough to venture out



after lunch I took the long way home through barre, stopped at higgins power sports for a bit then out to hubbardston , I thought I would see if the gates were open at the falls . turns out that they plowed in from the pavement just up to the gate,


though the rain we had was on top of the sand they laid out so it was glare ice . I had no choice once I was on it but to continue and hope I could either go on through to the end or find a spot to turn around , with out studs, brake and throttle are useless.
I managed to get turned around at the gate and strapped the camera on for the return trip to the pavement

the main roads were clear today but I think we need a few weeks for the secondary roads to clear up



I managed 180 miles for the day , not bad for the first ride of the season
now I need to dig out the hose to take care of this mess
