If anyone gets this in time... any of the Chittenden County Vermonters up for a ride today? Say maybe 10:30 am at the Richmond park-n-ride headed to Route 17 and beyond?

So what is the easiest way to get to 17 anyway, only been there once and I followed someone. I think when I went we hopped on 89 and got off exit 9? Then took 100 -> 100b and that took us to some small lil town (waitsfield?) then we were able to hit 17.

How do you guys normally get there?

Just got back... Burlington -> Rt 17 -> Ripton -> Bristol -> Burlington. 140 miles in all.

For you, Google maps says this is the best way to 17.


Take exit 11 for US-2 toward VT-117/Richmond/Bolton 0.2 mi

Turn right at W Main St/US-2 1.6 mi

Turn right at Bridge St 0.6 mi

Turn right at Huntington Rd 4.0 mi

Continue on Main Rd 10.1 mi

Continue on Gore Rd 1.0 mi

Turn left at VT-17 1.1 mi

thats funny, i was just on rt 17 yesterday with another guy on a speed triple.

we were going to hit t@%$# road but it was about 4 when we left 17 and we had a loong ride home. about 530 mile total yesterday
