Has anyone here ever been to any Vintage bike races up at Laconia ?

There is a race tommorrow up there and I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to ride up there in the morning. I will check back in a little while, hope to hear from someone.

Come on somebody must of at least heard if those races are any good or not. I am having a hard time psyching myself up for the ride north again as I just got home from 3-days of express touring the length and width of Vermont via the back roads. My sorry excuse for a brain wants to ride but my backside has serious issues with the idea.

I will be there with jay (stoneman). We are heading over there to be there for 1200 or so. Look for the small vintage RV with the license plate "stoner" and say hello.

Hi all,
I got up at 6 a.m. that morning and it was pouring out so that was that. Call me a wuss but 2.5-3 hrs riding in the rain to get there seemed to dampen my enthusiasm. I will keep checking the schedules though and I hope to get up there to check out the club races before the end of the season. Hopefully I can get up there before the leaves start turning and the room prices double again. There looks like a 1 month window between peak summer and leaf peeper prices. Anyway thanks for your replys.
