What night is Burlington BIKE NIGHT?!?!?!?!?!
TUESDAY...!!!!!!!!!!
ok I'll play
goal of 200lbs by july 25th
current at 230lbs (will update tonight)
I will be very thin at 200lbs, so I may take a body fat measurement instead. I wouldnt mind being 250lbs as long as the % was lower.
theres just something about a blue bike
Correction: Weight without my uniform on.

Dam I would have done this if I caught it earlier. I am down from 253 to 208 in two months.

wow, nice!!! I'm trying on the cutting calories part too. Tough sometimes.
Man you have no idea. I absolutly love to eat, and eat ALOT. Cutting calories sucks but when my wife looks at me now I don't feel like a circus attraction and that makes it worth it.

best thing to do is figure out what your calorie maintenance level is and every week or two subtract 250 from that and do this for 6 - 8 weeks. Also eating whole grain pasta or oats for your first meal and then taper off as you get into the afternoon as far as carbs go... no 3 scoops of potatos or pork fried rice for dinner... Big downside to low or no carb diets is you get headaches and your energy levels drop as well as you gain it all back once you start eating normal again. best thing to shoot for is 40% protein 40% fat 20% carb and give or take a gallon of water a day
yeah, I need to do better on the water part. I tend to get to work having had a glass of milk and nothing else. I may or may not grab breakfast. Lunch varies but whether I eat a lot or a little I rarely get a drink. Dinner I have a couple porkchops or a steak or something and 2 glasses of milk again. So grand total in an average day I have 3 glasses of milk and nothing else for liquids.
My wife is a big part of the reason I really want to get fit again too. I want to do it for me as well, but more for her. I don't like feeling so out of shape.
I eat six times a day and knock back a 16 oz bottle of water with each meal.

gets really bad when you take 2 months off from a knee injury and when in those 2 months you put on 20 lbs, lost a ton of muscle mass and your pants don't fit anymore... Its an eye opener to get your ass in gear and get back to the gym
