looking for one since my front end feels a touch twitchy after grafting a GSXR front end on.....
I knew it would happen, usually does on this particular swap. I hoped I wouldnt NEED a damper, but with the 65 series tire on there and wide upright bars, its just too twitchy. for most riding its fine, but if I wasnt careful it could easily get slapping on me. and my wife is likely to learn on this beast, so having it be twitchy is not happy for me.
willing to buy, not looking to spend a lot, not looking for perfect either, can have scratches or scuffs and such.
theres just something about a blue bike
Front tire Profile? Or tire pressure?
Fork height ?
A damper is not your problem nor your solution.

fork is too short by about 5mm. front tire is a 120/65r17, should be a 120/70r17. but on the old front end it didnt matter much between a 60 and 70 profile tire, and 65 was on sale for half price. NEXT tire will be a 70 and happy. possibly a 130/70. mainly if I snap the bars at all quickly I can feel the bike want to try to start slapping. its nothing I can't resist while riding my normal riding style, even at good speed. but a bump mid corner or serious trail braking could easily set up a slapping session.
I love the way it handles but just want a damper to prevent it from getting into a cyclical lock-lock
