Not going to lie.. since they removed the "www" and couldn't access NESR on tapatalk without having to reinstall, I haven't frequented the site as much.

Ice season is just starting. Then, it warms up a little and trail riding begins again. Once the ground thaws, WVRC will likely have some fun days. Then, there is a CCS round only a few hours south. THEN LRRS starts. I'm excited for the LRRS season to begin too...but there are too man motorcycling opportunities between now and then to want to count it down.

2015 was my first season. Being new to this, but not competitive sports, I think that for a large part of the population it's the comradery that brings them back year after year... regardless of what times you run. I think this is particularly true though for people that find themselves in competition regardless of the position they are fighting for.

I wonder who's got the longest consecutive LRRS resume and how long? I'm guessing around 30 years maybe??

I don't think I could ever "get sick" of waiting for that light/flag, engine rolling, clutch half out.
..entering T1 in a pack.
..playing chicken through 1a, 2.
..going inside, passing on the brakes into 3.
..finding the curb in 6.
..flopping for 8 wfo.
..grinding puck through 9.
..aiming for the air fence through 10.
..brakes again for 11.
..kissing the tank, smashing shifts, wishing I had pedals down the straight.

Everyone loves a skeptic. I did not renew the license. I'm sure #782 was snapped up in mere seconds. Waiting for the weather to warm before I list the SV for sale.

It isn't just about finances. As we all know, time is another resource that gets squeezed when you commit to racing.
My decision making for this year is hardly going to be "adult". Just a different set of choices than last year.

i might do the Classic this year as my only round at NHMS. I enjoy the CCS regional stuff way more.
