Am/Ex Thunderbike and Am/Ex LWGP as 11 and 12 on Sunday? Back to back races in classes that seem to have a lot of overlap. Interesting.

The changes worked out well for me. Based on the '08 schedule, I would have been there until 6ish on Sunday but since they've moved NV LWSB to Saturday I'll be done by race #2 on Sunday. Hmmm... maybe Ill pick up another race on saturday now.Suggestions for a LWSB classed SV650?
Race #10 Nv Formula 40, Formula 40 Lites, LW Superbike, Super Singles
Race #1 Nv GTO, GTU, GTL (20 min.)

I usually make it to the third lap or so before the expert motards go flyin by...but I start catching EX PTwins around the end of the first lap. Lots of fun when you're battling for position AND trying to get through backmarkers the whole race. And most of them are JUST quick enough to make it difficult.
I did sportsman and ULSB back to back all year, it was pretty good. You knew what to expect from the track, knew your tires were to full temp and were all warmed up and in a grove. You'll probably just need to do a little more conditioning to keep your strength and focus, but it gives you one up on the guys that'll be coming out fresh.
I haven't really decided yet, but considering something like this for the first couple weekends...
Saturday
Race #3 Nv MW Gran Prix, Supertwins
Race #12 Nv HW Superbike, LW Gran Prix
Sunday
Race #3 Nv MW Superbike
Race #8 Nv HW Supersport
Race #13 Nv MW Supersport
Zip-Tie Alley Racing

Thems yo options dude. Mix em up as you see fit. Check past results to see what the competition is like in each class / laptimes.
Boston --> San Diego
Holy crap Alex I never siad I was in shape or rich. I have no baseline in the SV to compare with results. I'm just going to go and have fun this season, and learn how to ride a real bike on the track.
Thanks for the idea's.

I know you ain't rich bitch! Just listing all your options. You should do GTL (for the long race tracktime) and LW Supersport then. LWSS has SV's in a lower state of tune than SB and GP. Thunderbike tends to have light numbers as well but you race against some bigger machines like Ducati 749's.
You could also break it up so you do SV on Saturday and Motard on Sunday and split your weekend equally between the two bikes.
Boston --> San Diego
I like your idea of mixing it up SV one day and CRF the other!!!
I was also thinking 5 and 7 both days.
I have no idea what I'm doing with the SV I need to get the rule book out and read it. Slicks or Dot's yata yata.
