2009 Entry Forms?

I know that a new system of registration that gives people with points from last year priority in gridding was initiated...not great for those few of us knocked out of the season last year by retards on motards...but I digress. For those with no points...is there any pre-registration akin to the fax free-for-all? I don't see any 2009 registration forms yet on the website. What is the pre-registration process?

As best as I can tell, NHMS has taken on the task of revising the entry forms for 2009. I believe they are trying to add stuff to it that will facilitate the accounting procedure. I think that what they showed us at the banquet had some flaws and they went back to the drawing board. I haven't heard anything since.
Unfortunately, you will most likely be in a fax race, drawing up the rear.
