Again. Regular stock CRFs, YZFs, etc DO NOT BLOW UP all that much. It's the worked over motards that do (read: motorwork). Yes anybike can blow, but the %'s are down on the stockers.

JayRoot, who does 18's and 19's on his motard, has run a BONE STOCK CRF each year only changing the oil. No problems.

Damn test rider broke his wrist on Sunday and trackday was cancelled 4 hours before I got on the plane. $#%#$^#$^

Still flew down anyway (other biznizz to do) and am now sitting in In n' Out burger in Hollywood watching all of the Johnny Depp wannabe's mill around. God Hollywood cracks me up.

Funny you bring that up as I was thinking of putting A CRF 450 Motor in your old NSR, For kicks. Or one of those Yami 660 Motors.

Oh... and as much as I think seeing out of one eye, cackling like a pirate, (" ARrrr Abast ye mateys!) foot out, in the rain, backing it into 3 sounds like fun... I'd rather do it in a proper racer tuck.

As far as I have read on this it says it is a bolt on. It appears to be mod free, but let's see how easy it really is when someone actually builds it.

2006? It was started last month. I know of a couple people building them. You might see em at NHMS next year.
