I was talking to her brother in law ("Catfish") via the Hawk list and he informed me that she had gotten hit by a cager on her street bike.
From her via the NEAR list.
"Hey guys. Well a little over 3 weeks ago I was hit by a car, more
specific, a 17 year old girl that says she didn't see me! Well one
broken hip, a torn rotator cup, broken finger, and (get this) an
external dislocation ( all bones popped out of my ankle, which by the
way is the most grusome thing you can possibly see happen to your own
body!) puts me in the no race catergory for the year! So all you guys
that I beat the weekend before have a great chance of getting your
times down!!! Everyone be safe and have fun!
