I'd have to do some serious digging on the score . . . I am not sure how relevant it would be considering they've changed the method for scoring at least once (maybe several?) now.

My father is also an attorney. The practice of law has changed so much over the years, even from the time I graduated. Sad to say, but you might have made a wise decision.

I love It, Happy Fuckin New Year,
I am sued yet again. Got searved by the marshalls yesterday at work.

Now get this, I have never met the criminal sueing me. He is sueing me off the "rep" I got from the last suit.

I am sure this Mouth piece must have good intentions, but just did not consider 2 persons with similar names in the state.
Oh well, It is all for the good of the down trodden because even more than you or I criminals have rights..

Oh just so you know, it is the tax payers amongest you that are paying for my Lawyer to get it all straightened out. See what a great job, what other profession do you profit even when you screw up your job.
Sorry my lawyer is very expensive.
    Happy New Year,
    OT

Re: I am interested to hear your opinions on this.

Like I said a criminal sued me. I have never met this person. There is another person with a similar name in the State that may have had a dealing with him. From reading the suit it tells of my past allegations and how my employer should have done this and that to rectify my evil ways. (All of which i was proven innocent of by a Jury). However he is confused. However, I am once again served papers and the Town has to pay to defend me at tax payers expense.
And when I say criminal I mean his address is inside Prison. This is not his 1st time there.
Do you Feel For me now, the timeing was incredable.
You should also feel for the tax payers of VT who have to pay the bills generated by this ridicculous BS.
If some one has been wronged, a dangerous condition left to cause an innocents injury by all means take it to court. I have been eposed to an incredible amount of BS at the hands of frivoulous BS most generated by lawyers. The Truth is Stranger than Fiction. End of story.
    Happy new Year.

Juries and judges don't find people "innocent." They find them not guilty, there's a difference.
