Some AMA regulars are already preparing for this. This weekend, the Vesrah transporter was in the paddock with Cory West, Jake Lewis and Benny Solis.
Also present was Geoff May with the Erik Buell Racing bikes. He won the shootout and set a new lap record at Homestead. (1:23.131)

This track should have been on the AMA schedule a long time ago.....I really enjoy riding down there. With M1 promotions working the event, I'm sure that it will be a success and will be a permanent fixture on the AMA calendar.

I got to meet Vesrah Suzuki's Benny Solis and Jake Lewis for the first time this weekend....both are very fast and also genuinely good kids. I think that they both have very promising careers ahead of them.
