My crazy guess is that if you buy the Excel software, you can open the file, edit it, save it and then email it.

Last year, Charlie Tarna sat at his computer, watching the Atomic Clock display, and hit the send button at the exact time entries opened. I asked him what made him think that NHMS was synched to the same clock.
Out of curiosity, I checked with Wanda, and she told me his entry was #26.
