He should know, he's had his share at Loudon.
Here's a good question, Alex. Despite all of the BS actions taken by the factory boys at Loudon in 2001, I suspect that Aaron really liked our track. Interesting stat (With 1 blemish) was that he won a race at Loudon five years in a row, each time in a different class! (H-D 883, Endurance, 750 SS, 600 SS, Superbike.) The glitch was that the 600 SS win was taken away for a Passing On The Waving Yellow infraction.
So Alex, would Aaron race at Loudon (current track) if he had the chance?

Hrm. Good question. I'll ask him tomorrow. We were talking about the LRRS weekend, my racing, the track, the infield, the new track rumor, etc during the car ride. See what he says to your question.
I always room with Jason Pridmore and we were also discussing the track and the LRRS weekend. He wants a new track and to see the AMA back at Laconia but he wouldn't want to run the old track!

it was a decent move. i kinda think yates forced it but i think blake crashed because they got tangled up. yates seemed to run a little wide which makes me think his handlebar was hung up on blakes bike.

Geez, and you guys talk about stunters being hooligans. That guy is just as big of a douchebag for that move and his little temper tantrum.
That kind of stuff is exactly why I'll never set tire on a track.

The weekend of my penguin school last year I had a rider attempt a late pass on the outside of 9 and not make it by before we flopped. He had a greater lean angle than I and we ended up bumping off each other a few times. The session ended a few laps later and I headed back to my pit. Before I could even get my helmet off the guy was in my pit apologizing profusely for the late pass and bumping me. He even came by with a cold beer later that night and apologized again. That kind of stuff is exactly why I'll never set tire on a track.
You should definitely give racing a try at Loudon.
