I had an issue where the sizing guide on their website for the Held Gloves didn't work out for me. I originally ordered the size indicated on the chart, but they were a bit too tight for comfort, so I sent the back. Three pairs of gloves later, I finally got the right size. Each time, they gave me the option of 110% GC or my cash back into my account. First time I told the GC (to cover shipping), the last couple of times, I felt bad so I took cash back. Not once did I receive an email saying "Okay, last time".

I ordered a JR jacket from new enough as a b-day gift for the wife, they sent me the wrong size...no biggie, except they were out of stock on the right size. After a brief "help!" email with their sales staff, at no extra charge they overnighted me the jacket from somewhere it wasn't from them and I am sure it wasn't free. They could have easily told me to pound sand and send the other back first, or similar.
..the part I am not explaining is I ordered the crap about 3 weeks before her b-day and realized about 3 days before her b-day that they sent me the wrong size. Nothing like being prepared
I bought a Pair of Oxtar Boots Last year from New enough then 2 Weeks later they went on clearance for 130.00 Less.
Guess what I shot an email out to them and my answer was a 130 GC. They are stand up for sure..

Yep, especially when they send their 11,000 page book to you every 6-8 weeks and 10,876 pages are cruiser-type shit.
Then it takes at least 5 attempts to get dumped off their mailing list...
