    This happened to me at the end of last season. To prove it, I have a black Arai helmet with a white strip up the middle where my helmet rubbed on the pavement while up side down. Funny thing is, I had an ankle injury to go with it too!

    I did it once, broke both my hands. I remember my feet hitting hard, but no injuries.

    When I got hit head on by a car, I flew higher than those guys. sprained a knee and an ankle besides all the herniated vertebrae (well, discs I should say).
