Does anyone have one? I'd like to turn a couple sets for myself, if someone has one I can look at or the dimensions I don't mind turning some more for people on here, just pay for the material. Machine time and setup would be free, I'm paying our master machinist in beer.

I have these from that guy blair. you may see him on ebay or on other various sites. I can't remember what I paid but they do cut a tiny bit of weight, eliminate a lot of Bullsh*t, and make tire changes a breeze. It really is a good little project and makes things much easier!

I don't want to copy anyone's design they are making money from, I think that's unethical as a mechanical engineer and I would feel bad, so if anyone has their own design and wouldn't mind sending it, or if not I can make something and test it out.
bearings are already captive. stock spacers aren't. if you can, make them angled. it helps the wheel slide in easier and I don't know why they aren't all made that way.

I meant spacers, and I can make them any way I design it. Going to take some measurements tomorrow and draw something up
I have a set of rims with captive spacers. I'm in VT though.
Interested! If I had a dollar for every time I dropped a spacer....

Could you guys all mic your spacers and axles for me? I just need ID and thickness. I just want to make sure I have the tolerances right, and if mine is on one of the ends of the bell curve it would be a bad fit for everyone else. The spaces will be really cheap (3' of rod stock 6061 is $20) but you'll need to change out the wheel bearings, I'm looking for ones to recommend.
Maybe $3-5 a set.
