In that order haha. My weekend was interesting (though no falling off a sidecar like the crazy bastard Kurlon)
Friday: Just rebuilt my waterpump thursday night and friday morning it is raining so I sat around and did not practice. Not cool since I had no idea what to do into turn 1 having not ridden it.
supersingles: Race time comes along and it is totally dry...cool. So we start and I get a good start but I'm pretty even with Adam (428) who was on a borrowed ktm 560. He ended up getting into the lead and dropped me, he rode really well and I had nothing for him and ended up 2nd. Ran a 1:28.0 which was in improvement for me but I felt kinda slow.
Saturday: Finally got 2 practice sessions in and kinda got down a groove through 1/1a.
Motard race: I was in wave 2 along with rows of Amateurs in front of us. Got a really good start and picked through all but the front row of Amateurs and was 3rd/4th into turn 1 behind Richie and 2 others. Came into turn 3 and 2nd/3rd place seemed to slow down extra early so instead of cooling out I darted inside them and came up along side...a second later Jason (451) turns in way inside and shuts the door and left me thinking O SHIT...I end up tucking the front and basically flipping over him and my bars bent/front brake locked adn bent up. really bummed but I came out with a swollen knee and bruised shoulder/ribs.
LW sportsman: Thanks to everyone helping me out and a red flag in another race I got to use Richies extra front master/lever and got my bike back to working order besides bent bars. Holeshot this race and then got passed by Adam somewhere into the first few laps. Then got passed by another guy James and he also got by Adam. Later I was able to pass Adam and then thought I might be able to hang onto 2nd. I tried to push it alittle and due to some lappers, I caught up to James pretty close. On the last lap I was on his rear tire into the bowl and clicking 4th up over the hill I passed him and snuck into the inside of 9 to take the win. I was really happy I was able to come back to the front and ran a few 26s with a best of 1.26.0 so I was psyched! Fun weekend.
Thanks Richie/Alex/ and everyone helping button up my bike and bleed the brake before that race!

Glad to hear you're OK after that crash in 3. I was behind you; saw you go over the bars and had just enough time to go wide and miss you. You were looking good out there in the other races.
Great pass on me in LW sportsman. You shocked the hell out of me when you went by-and you were flying. I was already thinking of how to celebrate the win across the finish line. Serves me right. Great pass, nice win, you deserved it.

As I said about 1,000,000 times after the race. Seriously nice job. I'd been waiting for your 'ah-ha' moment for the last few races and looks like you finally had it. 26.0 is no joke! Now bump to AM and git dem twenty-fo's![]()
