Welp, I'll say it here because I'm a bit pissy about it at the moment.....I place 2nd and 1st in my races today but the results put me in a class that doesn't exist and so I got fucked over at the awards and now I'm concerned about my contingency money.
I wasn't the only one affected by this but still.......god damn, man!

I don't know how the NEMRR scoring system works exactly but somehow non-existent classes were created and everything was scored as such.
In my specific case for both races, 7 & 12, I was entered in NV Formula 1 but was scored under NV Formula 1 Super Street, a class that doesn't exist.
The NEMRR scoring sheets printed out with this error and in the Speedhive app you can see this. The overall results are correct for the races but if you sort by class that's where you see the ghost classes broken out.
Is there a class designation on the master sheet?
I could not find NEMRR on Speedhive?

Weird. In the app on my iPhone NEMRR is there (was watching it yesterday), but it not on my iPad. They haven’t loaded up “NEMRR Round 1 (Sunday) April 27” to the app yet though.
EDIT: “NEMRR Round 1 (Sunday) April 27” is up and running in the app now.

Correction on my typo....Race 7 is Formula 1, Race 12 is Formula 2.
To be clear, the day was amazing and NEMRR did a great job keeping the day going despite the harsh conditions. I had a great time in the rain and it felt great to be out there putting in results.
I only wish I wasn't denied my keychains. They are more than keychains, they are symbols of dedication, determination, patience and personal growth. Obviously I'll live to see another day and these aren't really life's biggest issues.

Understand your wanting the reward for all the hard work, your reasoning is correct. I still have of bunch of my rookie awards. I am sure if you talk to the powers that be it will be corrected.

Yeah, I would mention something.
When I was a novice, they had a piece of paper they printed. And then they switched to getting donated trophies from the experts that didn't care about getting their trophies with a name plates that was added on after the fact.

It's all been sorted out and I can't say enough good things about the work the NEMRR staff put in to correct the 3 races that were affected.
Turns out the software did some overlapping of Super Street and Novice races. The results have been corrected and even though it may not show on Speedhive for a bit, they are officially in order.
I'm really bummed we missed everything. Life happens, shit happens. Hoping like hell to be at round 2...
