Getting supplies for making custom brake lines is easy. What I haven't been able to chase down are the stiffening tubes used on dirt bike front brake lines. I'm going to have to have a couple lines made here soon, I'd like to have them done properly but without pointers to parts I'm stuck.
Hey, this isn't a 125GP bike we're talking about...
Kurlon, can you get a photo of what you're talking about?
The black section in the middle of the line is a plastic tube with heatshrink on each end locating it on the line. It keeps the line straight as it goes from the clamp on the lower fork guard and up through the guide on or just underneath the number plate. That's the part I'm trying to track down.
Would a piece of PEX tubing like used for household water supply do it?
I have a OEM master and cable from a YZ/WR for sale....don't know if that would work in your creation. Be an easy swap

I'm doing sumo conversions with front end swaps so unfortunately OEM setups won't quite play for either bike. I appreciate the offer though.
