ECK Racing would like to welcome a new member, Expert #534, Steven Heider.
Steve began racing in 2002 on an EX500 where he had good success for a number of seasons, though maybe not quite at the level he expected of himself. After taking some time off from the racing scene he came back to Loudon with a fresh outlook and a more determined view of his racing program. With renewed focus he quickly proved himself more than capable of riding at a top Expert level in the Lightweight classes and most recently became the 2013 (and last) Production Twins Champion. Congrats!
Steve was also recently made part of the Tony's Track Days staff where he was promoted to Instructor status. His keen ability to accurately convey his excelent racing knowledge quickly earned him a spot in the Personalized Instruction Program where he's been an excelent addition.
We think his addition to ECK Racing will bring a lot of experience and comraderie to the team and we hope our partnership will prove beneficial for his own racing program as well.
