    I un-friended.. subbed, whatever, speed channel as well. Nothing like checking facebook before watching a Formula 1 race and seeing who won before even turning the TV on.

    his Twitter is even worst, at least Colin Edwards gives it some time before posting. Spies doesn't wait 2 minutes after getting into the paddock before posting up.
