    I was asked earlier this year if I could make one of these. The cost of the parts made it expensive. But now the parts were available (scrap cable, etc.) which made it more cost effective to make.

    I just about shit my pants when i made the one i have, not nearly as complex as yours and it still cost me over $100 to make it It worked great and never tripped the braker, only the GFCI tripped once when it was raining..

    Theres roughly $200 just in materials, and if I were to have charged labor that be 2 hrs @ $40 per....
