That was my plan, but this bastid already has me by a noteworthy gearing advantage and ~100lbs - if he changes his gearing again and I don't he's going to end up in front of me. Can't have that.

With the weight and gearing advantages he's already got quite a bit more bike than me on the straight - and he's gearing to have even more. I'm not sure how much I can make up on corner & exit speed.

I beet sv650's on a 50hp 22 year old bike with one foot peg. Im sure you can make up a weight advantage...

Yeah, I beat some SVs on my EX too. I know I can make up the weight, but a serious gearing advantage on top of it could be an issue. I didn't ask you to strap 100lbs to his bike, I asked you to ninja-sneak his gearing back to stock

I've been getting that a lot. . . . That's my next "project" when I get back up there. I know something that will help motivate me more . . . . buying someone's fork tube . .
