Table for Ten” Details
Names:
A reserved “Table for TEN” for $410 is essentially a discount of $2.00 per
adult ticket for ordering an entire table at once. This way if you can hook
up with your friends ahead of time (and get their ticket money) you can be
sure that you will sit together at the dinner. Tickets for children are still
$15.00 even if they are part of a Table. Just add $15 per child to the
appropriate number of adults at your table. (i.e. a Table for TEN with one
child is $384). Please indicate any children on your list of names as well
as their ages. (Adults who act like children do not count as children)
Remember: These tables will be assigned starting with those closest to
the stage, in the order in which reservation and payment is received.
Purchasers of “Table for Ten” will receive their group of tickets during the
expo and are responsible for delivering tickets to all members of their
party. You must list the members of your party at right. If you are
purchasing a table and unsure of one or two names, just leave them
blank and fill them in when you arrive. This will give us a clearer picture
of who is coming to the banquet and help to cut down on the confusion of
who is at what table.

Why should you attend the LRRS Awards Dinner? Because it’s the next best thing to being at the
track...and costs less than one weekend’s worth of race entries, pit entry, tires, gas, etc.
Plan on attending and have a great time with your racing friends!
The Expo will begin at 1:00 and the dinner begins at 6:30.
Stay at the hotel....it features an indoor pool and a fitness center and
indoor water park (CoCo Key – discount water park tickets are $18.00)
