If I remember right, you don't have to pay camping or gate fees when doing penguin. They rent the facilities and its included. You do have to pay for open test on Thursday, though. It's only $100 to do half a day, though, so just show up in the morning and get set up, then ride in the afternoon.

They are fun for the first lap though.

It's kinda amusing after finishing when your hands are stuck in a fist position around the bars and it takes you a couple minutes to be able to open them again haha.
