Cruising thru the rulebook tonight and noticed this right off the bat. Changes to the times required placing you in which practice group.
2006
------------------
NOVICE
Blue - Less than 1:27
Yellow - 1:26 to 1:30
Red - Greater than 1:30
AM / EX
Blue - Less than 1:19
Yellow - 1:19 to 1:23
Red - Greater than 1:23
2007
---------------------
NOVICE
Blue - Less than 1:26
Yellow - 1:26 to 1:30
Red - Greater than 1:30
Note: Blue practice is now sub 26's, a second faster than 2006
AM / EX
Blue - Less than 1:19
Yellow - 1:19 to 1:21
Red - Greater than 1:21
Note: Yellow practice is now much narrower window. A full 2 seconds faster than 2006. This was the largest practice group and hopefully this will slim it down.

Looks like good groupings but I doubt there will be much enforcement. They never checked my times, i just told them what practice to put me in.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
That's where the problem lies. They just ask people what practice group they are in instead of checking times and assigning accordingly. Hopefully they'll do a better job of it this year because it sucks when you're running hot laps in practice only to have to slow down to go around a moving roadblock.

Well why don't you tell us about the new secret model that you like.

We could tell you, but then...........................
Seriously though, it's still in the works. Lots of hard data is being organized to back up the plan. We don't just want to say "this is how it's going to be" without researching it.
It has been in the works for quite some time now, Is it really that complicated?
I mean...KB had enough trouble, and never quite got the hang of red, then yellow, then blue. I'm scared to see what this is going to do to him.

We are trying to minimize the bitching as much as possible![]()
There's no way to do that in LRRS. You should know that. It's a big crowd, one guy will complain and it'll spread like herp in a whorehouse....I mean......uhhh......
But seriously, KB is going to need a diagram and a tutor.

Are you going to be the first (and only) one to offer your tutoring services?

Will there still be people in the pits for him to wander around and talk to about nothing?
If so, then no, Pete won't make any practices.
