Pre-entry closes at 11:59 PM on the Monday night prior to the event. Once the clock strikes midnight and it officially becomes Tuesday, you are too late. If you wait to do your entry until it is officially Tuesday before the event, you will not be eligible for the complimentary infield pass (with 3 or more race entries) and will pay the $20 post entry fee.

I am going to disagree with Wanda I registered last monday at 10am and got zinged the 20 bucks. I did get the infield pass for free.

It has been an acknowledged date glitch in the online system the past 2 rounds, if you had emailed her she would have deleted the late fee.

Yeah she has a problem with EST versus GMT so she has to fix it manually if you register close to the deadline and get charged the 20 bucks. She's done it for me a few times.

I don't understand missing the deadline by a few minutes, but there are always underlying circumstances. I do understand waiting until Thursday to register to see the weather forecast though, its like a $45 insurance policy on your race weekend.

yeah but if you wait till thursday then you aren't even making an attempt at an early registration so this discussion doesn't involve that type of person
