Motard Pressures...same as big bike

Jay, you are right also. There are lots of things flexing and moving around, trying to find the balance is the key.

I'm no expert, but I think what happens is mare that the soft tire has enough grip to quickly wind up the flexible forks until the tires pointing the wrong way and has no choice but to "jump" off the pavement to unwind the forks and get it pointing in the right direction again. Once this starts you get an oscilation like a tiny tankslapper and the wheel chatters away.

Less grip through higher pressure and harder compounds doesn't wind up the forks as much and possibly slides a little instead of "jumping" to get straightened out.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

Is this chatter under braking, turning or acceleration? Or all 3?

    Pretty much all.

It would be really cool to get a high speed video camera in turn nine, then we could actually see how dramatic it is.

Mid corner 9 and 1 are the places I've noticed it the most. Harder on the gas helps too.

Yea cause getting on the gas, same as applying rear brake, takes pressure off the front.

I get horrid chatter in T1A of all places. Just skip skip skips along.

This chatter thing scares me. I'm glad I'm not fast.

Good idea. But I'm not sure I WANT to see what it looks like -- I know what it feels like, and that's bad enough.

Yup, 1A too depending on the line I take. Forgot about that one. I blame myself a little on it, not used to rights enough to make the quick full commit and come back. Gotta work on that.
