Crazy train.
The trophy scene was pretty dang cool with the crowd
Only one rider I care about, PEDRO PEDRO PEDRO!
And its getting crazier. Pedrosa has been promoted to 3rd. Guess Fabio had a tire pressure issue. Don't know if I can handle tomorrows full race if its going to be nuts like the sprint.
Never really liked or disliked Quartararo. He has just always been there since he has arrived in Moto GP until the last couple of years where Yamaha has really fallen off the edge of the Earth but this might have won me over a little bit, especially since he has hit hard times...

This better continue for the rest of the year. What a fun race to watch.
Very exciting race. Mark and Pecco for a second, I thought they would both end-up on the ground again.
What an incredible weekend of racing. Holy smokes. That sprint was just unreal. And I totally agree with you, Muz, I thought we were gonna see Marc & Pecco in the gravel for sure. But professionalism won the day & holy shit, was that some top tier bar banging!
I haven't watched it yet but I heard Moto2 was an absolute banger as well. I'll have to watch that one tomorrow. Been excited seeing Joe Roberts doing well thus far, hopefully his streak continued this weekend.
Not much more to say on the GP race, great show.
In the last 3-4 years of Joe Roberts hype, this is the first year I'm allowing myself to not be skeptical. He's putting together some very consistent, solid race performances. He also seems to have matured substantially which I think is apparent when he interviews. In this one, clearly he had race winning pace and didn't qualify well. He didn't really dwell on that post-race, just acknowledged this is an area of improvement for him, and was genuinely happy with his result. He seems to have realized now that he isn't one of the aliens....I'm sure it didn't hurt racing a couple of seasons with Pedrobot in the same class. The maturity component is accepting that and still believing that he can have a successful racing career, controlling what you're able to control.
So yeah, definitely looking forward to seeing how this season plays out for Joe. The American Racing team is a hell of a lot better resourced than his last go-around with them, and with his development as a rider....could spell big things for this year.
If you watched the pre race from Sunday you saw Rossi walk up to Pecco while waiting on the grid. I bet $100 bucks he told Pecco to not let Marc win. That was insane commitment from Pecco on the start to move up and be in the hunt and during the race to not concede the spot to Marc. For a guy that is in the championship chase he tossed caution aside like I have never seen from him prior. That was really great racing.

Wonder if this gets BMW to jump in. Or Kawasaki
Did BMW announce that they're planning on joining the grids yet? I know there were a lot more than just whispers that they were interested.
Mat Oxley had a good article on it. Its all the info I have. https://www.motorsportmagazine.com/a...win-in-motogp/
These regulatations should help entice them. I like it.

Hell yes! What another awesome race. MM really showed up for the races. Outstanding. Sucks for Acosta but I suppose it was due to happen at some point. So far this is the best racing I have seen on the big bikes in a long time.
Another holy shit race.. Wow. I'm not much of a MM fan. But I have to say that was sensational and I love his new enthusiasm.
Sad for my man Fabio. His kit was great looking this weekend and falling from the top 10 was better than finishing in the back.
Glad I don't have to make the decision that MonoBrow needs to at Bologna
Marquez's Q1 save in turn 1 was something out of science fiction.... hoooooly shit.

These are heady times. I think this will be one of the best seasons in the "Ducati Era"
This Ducati battle is awesome, feels like it won’t be long before Marc bags a win. The impressive part for me is his time on this bike is so much more limited to JM and FB. Lots of permutations with what will happen with MM and JM next season.
Another solid round for Joe. He didn’t have race winning pace but finished strong regardless. Dude had me out of my seat when he put that hard block pass on Lopez, thought he had the podium!
