anyway, one thing that made me a bit happier:

I won the camping in the garage battle for you guys; Jerry Gappens agreedwith me on this one. IF you rent a garage you will be able to camp in the garages. This way we keep anyone who does NOT rent or belong to a garage out of your designated parking areas. There is a limited area available for each garage, so if there are 6, 7 or 8 guys, even if it's less, they may not all be able to fit in the spots, so someone is going to have to go elsewhere in that case.

Now the one thing I am having a problem with is the extension cords; people can only run extension cords acrossed road ways if they have them under one of those cord covering speed bump things.

I personally don't see an issue with the storage fee, as it's "fair" now that new people can use the lot. For me, storage is now an option, and I would spend more than $200 in gas, let alone wear and tear on my truck by not towing back and forth. It would be nice if some kind of security camera was thrown up with a couple of the dollars this policy will generate.

Thats what im saying. I was planning to get my license sometime soon. From some people ive talked to racing was a cheaper way to ride on the track. Its sounding like track days may just be cheaper after all. Not true?

If you do 3 races...

$180 in fees, $25 to camp

4 practices, about 30 laps

about $4/lap.

not sure the breakdown on trackdays, but I wouldn't say it's cheaper.

i think they should take the $10,000 purse thats only available to experts and put it back into the club and defer some of the new fees that way it works for everyone

that, or do the random $ spots, like VP and some other sponsors did... then anyone showing up will think/know they have a chance of winning something.

either way, i'd rather not complain about that (at least to NHMS) - maybe LRRS can suggest re-distribution to that, as if we go criticizing their big contribution, it won't go over so well.

Even if they did, every 10th race entry is free or something... would increase sales, and be there for everyone... without crunching #'s, not sure if that qould equate to the same amount of money.

So it seems like the Infield will be more populated like when I started in 05. Seems like renting a grarge is a hassle now, to much to think about. My EZ up Tajma Hall will be in the same spot as the last 5 years. nice and quiet over by turn 1 and pleanty of room. Come on over

Weird. I averaged about double the amount of laps per practice. 4 practices = 28 laps average based off my notes. 7 laps per session.

idk man..imo little things like letting us store the camper for free on the property that even isnt being used is another reason for us to come spend money there racing, now i hafta come up with 400 that i wasnt expecting, its not alot i know but still, i was ok with the camping fee of 25.00, i dont like this.

It means come up and pay to leave your camper here the first weekend then turn around and go home cause there goes my entry fees. And it IS a lot to me.

The pit bike thing is really lame. I always liked hoping on someone elses bike and blasting to reg. The new fees are really bad timing. I never understood the everyone is hurting for money so lets charge them more thing. I guess it will be small grids again this year

1. Did you have a camper that was grandfathered in?

2. Do they allow campers to stay their through the winters? I wouldn't want to anyway.

3. Camping fee, replaces gate fee unless you're not running 3 (if you're under 3, then yea... that sucks for you).

4. $200 - yes, also sucks... I am disappointed to see that they didn't come up with cheaper alternatives.
