From LRRS Website..
Thank you for coming and we hope to see you next year! We just got back from the ASRA weekend at Loudon and had an awesome experience.
We were encouraged not to come because the locals were not friendly, the track too dangerous, the track is too quirky to be competitive on with limited track time and that the track was just weird for a road race course.
"They" also said the weather is terrible. Also I was told "the locals would kick your ass up and down". We ignored these comments and came anyway and could not have had a better time.
The locals did kick my butt. I did managed a 3rd in ASRA Thunderbike though.
The staff at the track was great and the local racers were more than helpful. The track was a challenge and I am sure it would take years to master the course but I feel my riding improved because of my time there.
The weather was not bad either.
Looking forward to coming back next year and bringing a few follow racers along with me.
Thank you
