the bike will be up there. you'll need to figure something out, just hate to have a bunch of people lined up and then something happen to the bike and it's down for the weekend and the other's can't use it.
All I ask of anyone is that they take reasonable care of it while in their possession.

If you ride someone elses bike, on or off the track you have made a commitment to purchasing that bike should anything happen to it, and in the very least replace any parts damaged at all, and pay for or perform the work. All to be done in a timely manor at no inconvience to the owner.

This is the proper way to borrow a bike just to speak the unspoken.

yes, agree completely. I don't mind if it goes down. Reasonable care of an ex500 to me, means to just not rev the pee out of it since it will pop it's top eventually when ridden like that.

I'm in Topsfield, foo... just like it says in my profile. I still gotta get all the parts so there's not much i could do this week. I'll let ya know when I've got everything to put it back together. I may not have everything before the next race weekend, but we'll see.

I'm sure there are enough spare parts around, but maybe you could come up with a list just to be sure we have everything we need. I gotta see KB on an EX. And who knows, maybe there will be one less motard in the future?

You guys should just get a stable of EX's lined up in T1, and let people come over and rent them. You'd never pay for race fees, gas, or tires again!

Biggs, Is this all clear? i'm going to call in my pre-reg for the AM prod twins race, but I want to be sure everything is set before I put down the chedder. Also need to know what year the bike is.

tom, that'd be great. Luckilly I don't need too many pieces, just a water pump cover, brake line, clip-on, rear brake lever & left side motor mount bolt.... THINK that's about it. My front end looks tweeked as well but I'm guessing it's just a little twisted. We'll find out when i take it all apart. Interestingly enough, when the clip-on got ripped off it slightly bent the top lip of the fork leg, but the damage wasn't too bad.

I did notice my starter button was missing, too, which I thought was pretty odd

btw, what do you mean by "WE'LL bring it up the next weekend"??? You're not honestly thinking about comin to Topsfield & takin my baby away from me, are ya? I can bring it up, bro. No worries.
