I'm looking to pick up a back protector to wear under my leathers. Mostly for street riding and the ocassional track day. What the industry standard?? I'd like something that covers my WHOLE back.
I am interested in the Bohn Pro Racer..

interesting thing, I don't believe there is an industry standard comprable to say, helmets. look for a brand that has their testing info available. i lucked out and picked up a set of rhino armor for cheap cash. but i've heard nothing but good things about bohn. good luck!and welcome to the board

I use the Bohn now.
I used to have a great full-upper-body protector which was better (Rhino-Armor), but restricted me slightly movement-wise at flat out race speeds and so was not the best for racing.
derek
ok you can do the smart thing and get a Wintex and save $80 bucks.

I have that exact back protector.. It might actually be forsale in the next week or so too.![]()
bump... ok so did anyone here actually get a back protector? and if so, where from? i wanna get a back protector now too
i've noticed most back protectors come in a "one size fits all" -my back is not a universal size..
