GTL has been shrinking since people can't seem to keep it on 2 wheels for a full 20 minutes On average there's only about 10-15 Am's on the grid. I can't remember the last time I got the checkered in a GTL

But it is a fun race. I kinda like the big fields sometimes.

i hear yah, i just hate spending the xtra $ for a race to never finish and get red flagged

do i?? i don't mean to. must be something to do with statistics. the amount of posts you make on a daily basis, vs. the number i make. given the fact i think posting "i'm with stupid" 50,000 times a year doesn't exactly make for compelling reading, i try to generally only respond when i have something to add. so i guess in the end, you just need to start posting things i agree with. but...
what you said is correct, the field is huge..... but once they split out the EX's it's pretty good. so i wasn't disagreeing with what you said, just providing pete with more information to make an informed decision.

and to keep this on topic, good luck this weekend everyone. i will be down the cape enjoying beers and fishing.......... but rumor has it there may be a reunion tour for me the next race weekend if i can remember which way the track goes.

Hrmmm... LW GP is mixed with HW Superbike for NV... I think that'd be another bad spot for a GS.

Race 13 could be decent, I doubt the Formula 40 guys will try to be heroes, LW superbike and Supersingles shouldn't be THAT bad to run with?
