You could go the cheap route. Go to walmart and pick up a cheap plastic rainsuit and some duck tape or electrical tape.
Put the rain suit on and use the tape to secure it down.
no clue on where to get an actual rain suit made for bikes though. gl
I wear a Rev'It rain suit. It is not clear, but is black and I think looks cool. They make them for motorcycle racers as it has a cut out for your kneepucks (not that mine gets used yet) It also fits pretty tight. The problem with rain suits is that if you go down once, they are probably done so going cheap is a good alternative!
