With 17" rims, rear disk brake, slightly larger forks and different bodywork, it wasn't exactly a redesign. It was more of an update.

An EX was just what I was using as an example to see if a post 99 bike would be allowed if it was less than 650, like say a 500.
If I had a 02 LC twin cyl 400-500cc bike would it be allowed in ULSB?
