Toseland is a damn good rider. I watched him in WSB last year and if they give him what Lorenzo has he will spank him.
I can't believe Nicky is on last years bike WTF! and with Pedrosa up front? Come on Nick you can do it!
Rossi still has it... It may be slipping a tad but damn he can ride.
The new kids are amazing for a first race!
Stoner is the man. I just wish he wasn't sponsored by Marlboro![]()

This year is going to be ultra competitive, I think stoner has really mastered tire managment with the stones giving him that huge gap at the end of the race. I remember reading a quote of his stating that most of the time he could sense rear whel spin and adjust before the traction control kicked in. I think a lot of these guys are just blowing their wad in the begining (tires and endurance).
all the more reason to lose respect for him, IMO.... He's obviously made it all about him instead of doing well.... he's settling... wants money & attention instead of results.
And that's too bad, cuz I really liked him & respected him for sticking it out so long with Suzuki to develop the bike..... and then he sold out to a crappy team.![]()

From an outsiders point of view, easy to criticize.
If anyone can honestly tell me they wouldnt do the exact same thing, Id be absolutely astounded.
And from the results last year I wouldnt say they were a "crappy" team. They were qualifying well, and either jumping starts or crashing. He might've thought they had better bikes than they do, and just had worse riders on them.
yea I mean Ant west was incredible on that bike last year, depuniet as well although im not a fan. I think the hopper also felt the kawi was closer to the ducatis power than the suzuki, hopper leans so far off the bike I think he can make up for some handeling imperfections. No rider can make up for lack of power in motogp level competition, valentino came close last year but still an impossible feat. And if valentino cant make the impossible possible, than probably no one can, in this era.
