i know Castrol A747 is pretty much the standard that most guys run in their strokers. however i can get Repsol 2T Competicion (their spelling not mine) from my local shop for free, or almost free. i brought home a sample bottle and it looks alot thinner than the A747. is the Repsol stuff safe? should i just buy the A747 and not risk it?
aaron,
no personal experience, but I found some info here:

Apparently they're a 2007 USGPRU sponsor. But I'd throw a post up on the USGPRU forum to see what their take on the oil is. I can post it for ya if you don't wanna bother signing up for the one post.

Thanx Neal, that was just the info i was looking for... apparently 2T racing and 2T competition are slightly differant. i'll be needing the 2T racing than.
