Summit Point - memorial weekend

with several NEMRR racers trying CCS at some weekends, who's going to Summit Point on memorial day weekend?

Friday - trackday with MARRC & licensing school
Saturday - CCS race practice day. Also counts as your first race entry.
Sunday/Monday - races

the track is a little more than an hour longer drive than for those who have gone to NJMP.

Track was fully repaved in 2017.

Oh and Bergs, I'm doing giveaways with Motul product for some of the riders getting their race license on Friday. I know you've been itching to ride, and you like Summit.

i wouldnt ride a motard. it's one of the longest straights i've seen. it's 2,900-foot (880 m) main straight. for a 600, i do -1/+1 gearing. at NHMS, it's -1/+4 (-3 for the fast experts).

definitely a lot of SV's, 300's, and 400's there.

And yeah, the straight at Summit is a fun one. Come ripping out of 10 and start rowing through the gears. Think I was a running close to factory gearing on my 6hunnert.

nice. that'll be the lower attendance one FYI. May is the busiest one. June is the twin sprints and Team Challenge. August is just a regular sprints weekend.
