I'll try to keep this short. I went down in T3 Thursday aftrenoon because of some freshly deposited oil from a vintage bike. That by itself wasn't so bad. Some fellow on a motard came in after me and lost it too. In the process he hit me. I'm not sure how, as I think I lost consciousness briefly. It rang my bell pretty good. From what I heard from my friends, he was really upset that he clocked me. Well, if any of you were there, and know this fellow, let him know I'm fine. A couple of broken ribs, some road rash, maybe a fracture in my scapula that they missed in the ER{I can feel a clicking, and it HURTS}. As there wasn't a full compliment of corner workers, typical of an open practice Thursday, we didn't have any warning. Oh well, poop happens.
No hard feelings on him at all. He was caught out just like I was. I'm glad he wasn't hurt too.
Tab...sorry to hear about his...really bites!
Gotta love your attitude though.
Hang in there and heal up soon!

Damn man glad to hear your ok for the most part. Broken ribs suck but they will heal up.
I don't know. I think I may be dain bramaged. I have this urge to find the old duffer whose bike left the oil. I want to beat him senseless with a collanders worth of wet noodles soooo badly, that he begs for mercy and asks me to end it all by covering him in Ragu sauce.
Yup, I'm bramaged.

I actually did a bit worse back in the early 90s, going to work. Blunt trauma to the socket, broken collar bone, close to a dozen fractures of the scapula. SAME shoulder! So, I have an ironic familiarity with what's going on in there.
I think I'll live.
