If veteran racers are questioning the safety of the track layout, that gives me pause for concern.

None of which has SEEN the layout.

Jerry Wood saw the video of the Vintage Celebration chicanes and immediately pointed out that there was an unacceptable number of cones out there. Look for way fewer cones and more soft barriers in the mix starting tomorrow.

I'm at the track, riding and seeing for myself, the crystal ball is on the other end

I'm not advising anyone on what to do, I am saying for myself I will not be here for even a practice, even of it were free. I've always supported new layouts and asked for them such as tight-ten and I run many other tracks. This is't a planned alternate track, It's a micky mouse fix with bare conceret walls. The track will be plenty safe, as long as no one crashes, passes agressively, or runs tight or wide into a cone.
