Figured it would be cool to see what top speeds people with data loggers where hitting. List bike & top speed

2013 636 = 131.67mph

I have GPS telemetry from my SV650 superbike at 123mph which I only managed to hit once and must have had a very strong tailwind :-p

I honestly havent looked at the GSXR data.

145 on a S1000R customers bike. I did not trust Traction control so I slowly ratcheted up on the throttle until I could plan the power. WOW, that's a whole lot of bike. and the brakes were just as powerful

I've never taken the time to get too detailed with how far off the speedo is. Somewhere between 5 and 10 percent.

They have jacked that turn up so bad. apex speeds are now 55ish. That blows. I probably hit 110 just before the orange box, near the end of pit wall. Then it is 4 downshifts. BALLS!

With the old configuration I was at 65+ at the apex. It's a bit shocking to see the data really. I have some of the quicker apex speeds and they are quite slow.

A guy with a beer belly told me he got to ride his souped up HD on the track during Larry's Laps and hit 190 MPH. Now thats really flyin. I do 105 MPH.

Geeze, with those kind of top speeds, what the hell are you guys doin out there on the rest of the lap? No wonder I used to get annoyed with 600s on the track going slower than 16s
