has anyone tried to move their Qstarz lap data from one laptop to another?
i copied over the DB files in the local profile, but that wasnt it.
only option i'm seeing is to export track (takes hours) for a few sessions, then import them on the new laptop.
oh and another fun fact, Qstarz doesnt have any drivers for anything past Windows 8![]()
I'm running Qracing on a win10 laptop. Havent had any issues with interfacing with the 5 Hz unit.
Your records are all stored in the directory specified in Tools>Options>Workspace. Just copy those files wherever you want, and tell QRacing to use the directory you specify. You can use remote storage as well, I use a Dropbox folder so I can access and edit on both laptops I bring to the track.
